Ignore your customer!
Ordered some work boots from Catfootwear.com. The website appeared to be valid and the boots were on offer at a good price. That's where the good part ended. The company is Wolverine who took the PayPal payment so not Cat as I thought. They use UPS for delivery from the EU and I received a tracking number which showed the item on route. I didn't receive any updates when the delivery would be made and couldn't log on the tracking each day to check. UPS tried to deliver when I was out, never left a card so I never knew. They tried the next day and again, no card. I happened to check the tracking which showed all this and it said final attempt, return to sender. Tried to contact the business by phone on 2 days and nobody picks up. Sent an email to cancel the order to refund, seeing as the item was going back to them anyway and no acknowledgment at all. The issue wasn't created by Wolverine but they use UPS who failed their customer and now ignore any communication. To top that, someone must have read my email as UPS are trying to make another attempt to deliver at a GP surgery in another town. I hope the staff enjoy the boots! It shouldn't be for your customer to have to constantly track their order and it shouldn't take 2 failed phone calls and an email to try to sort it out. Wolverine have failed their customer.

Could have been better
It was hard to find Caterpillar boots that my wife likes and have it sent to NZ. Catfootwear UK had the Bruiser 2.0. However, they don't send to NZ, so we created a You Shop account in order to get the boots. This was very expensive. We ordered Unisex size 4 W. Boots arrived and it was size 4 M.
It was disappointing because we had gone to a lot of trouble to get the boots. Yes they fit, but would have been better if they were a wide, like we ordered. It's too expensive to return them.
Dreadful customer service and website.
Ordered item, email said delivery in two days, still waiting, rang cat footwear couldn't get through first couple of times, eventually spoke to agent, said they'd call couriers and call me back, over two hours later, no call, I call, different agent says same, but does call back quickly, says item will be delivered today?? I don't believe this,I think just placating me,after previous calls etc, we'll see, as still no updates from Cat or courier, item is AWOL as far I can see, frustrating waiting three days, and no updates,dreadful customer service, thought Cat were supposed to be reputable, I don't recommend using Cat footwear site, footwear great, I'll def go elsewhere now for my Cat footwear.

Catfootwear.com - don't even bother. It's a subsidiary branch of Wolverine worldwide. Can I find a place to review catfootwear.com separately - no I can't so I'm aiming high instead.
Bought cat boots online that didn't fit. So arranged collection and return via their chosen courier u p s. Twice I have received the box of shoes back from said courier despite all clear documentation and attached invoices. If a company chooses to employ an idiotic courier for returns it says much about catfootwear.com and it's customer service attitude. Time-wasting and infuriating company.

Cancelled my order because they ran out…
Cancelled my order because they ran out of stock and didn't tell me until 6 days later. Then offered me a 20% off code which didn't work. I then had to pay full price for their shoes.

Very comfy - had a problem but it was sorted out...........
I used my Merrell Siren Sport GTX shoes for walking the dog in fields twice a day but after just over a year, they started letting in the wet. I contacted Merrell and after a couple of emails back & to, they sent me a new identical pair although they were just over the guaranteed period. So I am hoping this 2nd pair be as comfy and will last longer than the first pair - other people have said theirs did . I was very satisfied with the customer service/goodwill - I didn't expect them to be completely replaced.
